Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on any products outside of the state of Tennessee. If we ship a product to the state of Tennessee we have to by law charge the Tn state sales tax rate of 9.25%.

Declined Credit Cards:

If we recieve notification that your credit card has been declined we will contact you and the order will be canceled. Once you have resolved any issues with your card you will be able to reorder securely online.

Backordered or Items Out of Stock:

Computer based inventory is updated every 24 hrs. and many orders are placed on a daily basis. It is our goal to satisfy our customers and process each order in a timely fashion. On rare occassions in the past we have ran out of stock of a particular product and our online store showed the item still in stock.

The inventory database is updated daily at midnight so items showing instock may be currently out of stock. If for any reason you purchase an item that is currently out of stock your card will not be charged and we will notify you by email. You will have the option to continue with the order or completely cancel the order.

You may purchase a backordered item and we will gladly inform you when that product is about to be shipped to us. Most of the time backordered items can take up to 3 months to get. You may cancel your backorder at anytime for a full refund!
